We fully understand the importance of keeping your horse in its normal routine and it is important that we meet you and your horse before any sitting is carried out. We will visit you to meet your horse, to find out their needs and temperaments. This initial meeting is your opportunity to ask our horse sitters any questions you have about the service we provide and ensure you have everything you need before making your decision of whether to use our horse sitting service. Kirsty the founder of Kirstys Horses has been a horse owner for over 25 years, and has worked with them professionally for the last 11. Over this time she has developed a great understanding of horses and the level of care required to look after them.
Kirsty believes, "horses need to be respected, loved, and cared for properly, owning a horse is a full time commitment, of which this responsibility shouldn't be taken lightly." This belief is the underlying basis of all the services we provide, allowing you to take comfort in knowing your horse is being cared for exactly how you want at all times.
All our horse sitters are fully insured, police checked and have undergone training which has been approved by the BHS (British Horse Society).
